Greenbrook TMS, a provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy in the United States, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Check Five, which operates as Success TMS.
The acquisition includes 45 active TMS Centers in Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, New Jersey, Nevada and Wisconsin.
Greenbrook is also in the process of exploring a variety of debt financing options and intends to seek additional debt financing from a third party-lender to fund expansion plans and for general corporate and working capital purposes. Read more.
