Sonrava Health today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners in Pennsylvania.
Sonrava Health is a national family of health and wellness companies, including differentiated dental office brands, dental and vision benefit plans, provider networks, and consumer products and services.
The acquisition of MADP builds on Sonrava Health’s national footprint, bringing the organization to 215 offices in 17 states operating under regional and local brands, including DentalWorks, Perfect Teeth and Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners. With Sonrava Health’s existing DSO brands – Western Dental & Orthodontics, Brident Dental & Orthodontics and Vital Smiles – the combination is a coast-to-coast, border-to-border organization with 572 offices in 20 states.
