Exeter Health Resources, which includes Exeter Hospital (pictured), Core Physicians and Rockingham Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice, and Beth Israel Lahey Health have signed a definitive agreement that establishes the terms under which Exeter would join the BILH system. Together, the organizations seek to enhance and expand local access to care in New Hampshire. The signing of a definitive agreement, which followed separate unanimous authorizations by the boards of each organization, builds on the letter of intent signed earlier this year.
