Dialyze Direct, a provider of home hemodialysis services in skilled nursing facilities acquired Chicago-based RenPro Renal Services, which provides dialysis services to patients in SNFs in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.
At the end of last year, Dialyze Direct acquired Renew Dialysis, a regional SNF dialysis provider in Ohio and Virginia. Earlier this year, the company completed its acquisition of Compass Home Dialysis, a regional dialysis provider in Pennsylvania with on-site dialysis services in nine SNFs, as well as an outpatient dialysis clinic.
Founded in 2015, Dialyze Direct currently operates in 13 states with new operations launching in additional states. Read more.
