Longship Group, a staffing provider based in Orlando, Florida, announced it acquired a 100% stake in CareStaf, an Overland Park, Kansas-based healthcare staffing firm.
The acquisition expands Longship Group’s suite of product offerings in healthcare staffing, including introduction into the home health market. Longship Group is a workforce solutions firm with an acquisition-focused growth model. Its services include contingent staffing, HR consulting, executive search and other workforce solutions.
With the deal, CareStaf will become a standalone division of Longship Group, SIA reports. Read more.
