Ontario-based Prime Healthcare Services entered into a joint venture with Robotics Outpatient Center – Los Angeles, a surgery center near downtown, reports Los Angeles Business Journal.
Prime Healthcare, which has 45 hospitals and more than 300 outpatient facilities in 14 states, made an equity investment of an undisclosed amount into the orthopedic, spine and urology outpatient surgery facility in L.A.’s Westlake district just west of downtown.
Robotics Outpatient Center specializes in minimally invasive procedures, including spinal surgery and restoration, laparoscopic urologic surgery techniquesand orthopedic sports injury repair. The center has three surgeons and four other employees. Read more.
