Zelis Healthcare, a Bedminster, N.J.-based portfolio company of Bain Capital and Parthenon Capital, agreed to buy Payer Compass, a Plano, Texas-based health care cost containment and price transparency firm, for around $180 million, per Axios. Sellers are Spectrum Equity and Health Enterprise Partners.
