Regal Healthcare Capital Partners has teamed up with veteran eye care executive Ryan Williams to create InFocus Eyecare, a Florida-based company that aims to provide high-quality and accessible optometric and vision services.
Regal will invest in the partnership from its $415 million private equity fund. Williams, who has more than 20 years of eye care business experience and previously served as chief operating officer at West Point Optical, has been named InFocus CEO. Read more.
