Kelsey-Seybold Clinic launched a major expansion and renovation of its Clear Lake Clinic in Texas, in a project that will bring another another cancer center and ambulatory surgery center to its expanding healthcare network. The three-building project on the campus is situated along Interstate 45, across from Baybrook Mall.
The project includes a 116,000-square-foot professional building with an ASC and a 32,000-square-foot cancer center. When the expansion is complete, the three buildings will be renamed Bay Area Campus.
The three-story, 25,000-square-foot expansion and renovation of the existing building will open in summer 2023. The first three floors of the new professional building will open in fall 2023. The ASC and the cancer center will open in fourth quarter 2023. Upon completion of all projects, Bay Area Campus will have space for up to 82 providers, more than tripling the current number.
