Theranica’s C Round Nets $45M

Theranica, a Montclair, N.J.-based migraine-focused digital therapeutics company, raised $45 million in Series C funding, per Fortune’s Term Sheet. New Rhein Healthcare Investors led the round and was joined by investors including aMoon, Lightspeed Venture Partners, LionBird, Takoa Invest, and Corundum Open Innovation.
