TWH acquired North Shore Associates in Gynecology and Obstetrics and Northwestern Specialists for Women, which brings 22 new providers from three locations in Chicago to TWH’s existing operations, Crain’s Business reports.
The deal is part of TWH’s multi-state expansion plans, CEO Anthony Ahee said. The organization is planning additional acquisitions in Michigan and Illinois, as well as five to 10 other states, he said.
TWH was formed in February 2021 following the acquisition of Eastside Gynecology Obstetrics and Comprehensive Woman’s Care by Chicago private equity firm Short Capital Partners. Read more.
