Essentia Health and Mid Dakota Clinic have entered into a definitive agreement for Mid Dakota Clinic to join Essentia, which is currently planned to take effect Oct. 1. The organizations had signed a letter of intent in June for a possible affiliation.
Mid Dakota Clinic patients will continue to receive care from the physicians at their current locations. They also will have greater access to the wide range of specialists at Essentia Health. Read more.
