WellSpan Palliative & Supportive Care has opened a new outpatient clinic in Lebanon, PA.
Care at the outpatient clinic is designed to support the needs of patients outside of the hospital setting, allowing the clinic to work as partners with the patient and their other care providers.
“WellSpan’s vision is to lead the region in providing high value care to all the patients we serve. Our Palliative & Supportive Care services are an example of how the health system’s over-arching vision can be realized for an important segment of our patients as well as their partnering care providers,” said Dr. Geoff Nicholson, senior vice president and chief clinical officer of WellSpan Population Health.
The new clinic in Lebanon joins WellSpan’s other outpatient palliative services in Ephrata, York, Gettysburg, Chambersburg, and Waynesboro. The Lebanon clinic is located within the renamed Weaber Family Palliative and Supportive Care building. Read more.
