$2M to reopen Williamson Memorial Hospital

Williamson Health And Wellness Center in West Virginia will receive $2 million to support the reopening of Williamson Memorial Hospital, the only hospital in the county. Williamson Memorial closed as the hospital was “operating as a debtor-in-possession in bankruptcy.”

The funding is from the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Resources and Services Administration. Read more.
