As part of a $40 million investment in the Delaware Valley, Nemours Children’s Health is adding three specialty care sites in southeastern Pennsylvania in the next two years, Delaware Business Times reports.
The Wilmington pediatric health system is opening services in the Price Medical building on its Jefferson Abington Hospital campus this month in Abington, relocating services from Willow Grove. Two other locations will be added in Broomhall and Malvern, including building a two-story structure.
Nemours relocating its services to the Abington Hospital strengthens the two health care providers’ relationship, as Nemours is the hospital’s pediatric partner. Specialties offered will include cardiology (pediatric and fetal), endocrinology, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, nutrition, orthopedics, and pulmonology. Read more.
