The merged hospital system between Beaumont Health and Spectrum Health, formerly known as BHSH System, will now be called Corewell Health, Revcycle Intelligence reports.
Beaumont Health and Spectrum Health announced plans to merge in June 2021. The systems formalized their plans in September 2021 and finalized the deal in February 2022, forming Michigan’s largest health system, temporarily named BHSH System.
The merged health system includes 22 hospitals, 305 outpatient locations, and 64,000 employees. Read more.
