Rural Healthcare Group acquired four primary care clinics in the Northern Middle Tennessee market to improve access to primary care in Robertson and Cheatham Counties.
The clinics are located in Pleasant View, Springfield, Greenbrier, and White House. This is RHG’s first follow-on acquisition after its founding this year. In May, RHG acquired Smoky Mountain Urgent Care, a four-location physician-owned primary care provider with locations across Western North Carolina. With RHG’s entrance into Tennessee, RHG now has 8 primary care clinics under its umbrella – exceeding this year’s expansion plans.
