Princeton Medspa Partners has closed on the acquisition of Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Skin Care Institute. Skin Care Institute was founded in 1999 by dermatologist Dr. Jeff Alexander, and his wife Judy.
“We are very proud to add Skin Care Institute to our portfolio of best-in-class medical spa centers. We started the company earlier this year with the acquisition of AlluraDerm MD Med Spa in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Greenspring Medical Aesthetics in Tucson, Arizona.
