BayCare Acquires Northside Behavioral Health Center

After seven years managing Northside Behavioral Health Center in Tampa, BayCare Health System announced it now owns the not-for-profit community mental health center, effective Jan. 1.

Now re-named BayCare Northside Behavioral Health Center, the facility provides individuals and families with behavioral health care services, which creates a path for those in need toward a productive recovery and an enriched quality of life.

BayCare is a not-for-profit health care system that connects individuals and families to services at 15 hospitals and hundreds of other locations throughout the Tampa Bay and central Florida regions. The system is West Central Florida’s largest provider of behavioral health and pediatric services and its provider group, BayCare Medical Group, is one of the largest in the region. Read more.
