Cressey & Company, a private investment firm focused on building healthcare services and information technology businesses, and investment firm Health Enterprise Partners today announced that they have acquired The InterMed Group, a provider of healthcare technology management services, from Granite Bridge Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
