Triton Pacific Capital Partners Invests in Integrated Pain Associates

Triton Pacific Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, announced a partnership with Integrated Pain Associates, a minimally invasive spine and pain platform based in Central Texas.

Florac and Star Mountain Capital participated in the investment.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  DLA Piper advised Triton Pacific.

Integrated Pain Associates consists of nine physicians and 11 advanced practitioners operating out of six clinics and two ambulatory surgery centers. IPA is supported by a management services organization and led by a team that has driven the expansion of the company from a single office to a multi-site platform. Read more.
