Bon Secours Opens $16.5M Medical Office Building in Richmond, VA

Marriottsville, Md.-based Bon Secours opened a new medical office building on its Richmond (Va.) Community Hospital campus Jan. 10, per Becker’s.

The East End Medical Office Building spans 25,000 square feet and was a $16.5 million actual investment. It houses an intensive outpatient adult behavioral health program and outpatient wellness clinic.

Construction began last February and was completed in December. The project was part of a performance agreement the health system entered with the Richmond Economic Development Authority in 2013, which required it to make capital improvements to Richmond Community Hospital.
