SimiTree, backed by Sheridan Capital, acquired Afia, an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based behavioral health company, and GreenpointMed, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based behavioral health company, per Fportune’s Term Sheet. Financial terms were not disclosed. SimiTree is a healthcare consulting firm.
