New Hampshire’s Charitable Trusts Unit will host a public hearing next month on the proposed affiliation between Exeter Health Resources and Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts, Seacoastonline reports.
The hearing will take place March 1 in Exter.
The state’s Charitable Trusts Unit is one of the state regulators that will need to sign off on the deal. It will also need approval from the state of Massachusetts and the Federal Trade Commission.
The hearing comes after Exeter Health Resources signed a definitive agreement to join Beth Israel Lahey Health in July. Read more.
