NY Hospital Gains $26M From State to Strengthen Finances

Rome Memorial Hospital in New York received $26 million from the Statewide Health Care Facility Transformation Program to strengthen the hospital’s financial situation and renovate its surgical services, The Oneida Daily Dispatch reports.

New York State Sen. Joseph Griffo helped secure the funding. Norwich, NY-based UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital also received $21 million for capital projects.
