Princeton Medspa Partners closed the acquisition of Skinjectables, a Tucson, Arizona-based medical spa. Skinjectables was founded in 2014 by Kathleen O’Brien, PA-C, MMS, CLT.
Skinjectables has consistently been recognized as a leading medical spa in the nation, according to a press release, winning the Reader’s Choice Best Medical Spa Award, Best Cosmetic Skin Care Award and one of the category’s Best Companies to Work for Award the last two years in a row.
Princeton Medspa Partners is a national aggregator of medspas and aesthetic medical practices. The company focuses on acquiring and managing provider owned and driven businesses, as well as franchise developments. The company currently owns/manages seven corporate locations and three franchise locations, with a number of new acquisition opportunities signed and more than 20 additional franchise units currently under development.
