Atlantic Health System acquired Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine in New Jersey.
Upon completion, Atlantic Health System will have a majority ownership of the 11 Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine locations across Ocean, Monmouth, Burlington and Atlantic counties, and further expands patient access to the Atlantic Health System network, including CentraState Healthcare System, seven Immediate Care urgent care locations and dozens of physician offices.
Atlantic Health System serves more than half the state of New Jersey including 12 counties and 6.2 million people. The not-for-profit system offers more than 400 sites of care, including its seven hospitals. Read more.
