INVO Signs Binding Agreements to Acquire Wisconsin Fertility Institute

INVO Bioscience signed binding agreements to acquire Wisconsin Fertility Institute. The Madison-based fertility center primarily offers conventional IVF procedures and generated approximately $5.5 million in revenue and net income of approximately $1.9 million for the trailing 12-month period ended Sept. 30, 2022. 

Wisconsin Fertility Institute has helped to conceive over 5,000 babies since opening its doors in 2007 and completed approximately 550 conventional IVF procedures in 2022. Read more.
