PurposeCare, a provider of coordinated home care and home health services in the Midwest, acquired Home Sweet Home In-Home Care, a St. Joseph, Michigan-based independent home health care agency founded in 2011.
PurposeCare, a portfolio company of Lorient Capital, provides home based care services to more than 3,000 clients a week. With the acquisition of Home Sweet Home, PurposeCare will expand their services to an additional 400 patients and more than 300 caregivers. Read more.
