DSO Mosaic Dental Collective announced a partnership with Audax Private Equity, an alternative investment manager and capital partner for North American middle market companies. The investment amount was not disclosed.
Mosaic supports 49 affiliated dental offices with 75 dentists in California and Washington. Based in Vancouver, WA, Mosaic is led by founder Jagdev Heir, MD, DMD, FACS.
Healthcare-focused Audax has acquired over 30 platforms in the sector and more than 450 add-ons.
