A Michigan based health care provider has purchased Blessing Health Keokuk, which closed in October.
Insight finalized the deal on March 24 with the transfer of ownership of the Iowa hospital building and other property from Blessing Health, reports ABC affiliate KHQA.
Insight, which has indicated it intends to operate the Keokuk hospital as a nonprofit, is reviewing the new Rural Emergency Hospital designation that recently passed the state legislature. Read more.
