Team Select Home Care, which provides care primarily to protected pediatric patient populations, announced a strategic capital investment from Court Square Capital Partners, a middle market-focused private equity firm with $7.4 billion AUM. The amount of investment was not disclosed.
The existing sponsor, Tenex Capital Management, will continue to own a minority stake in the business.
Headquartered in Phoenix, Team Select operates in 11 states through 39 branches and serves over 7,000 protected patients.
