NeuroFlow, Atlantic Health System Partner to Launch Collaborative Care Model

Pennsylvania-based NeuroFlow, a behavioral health company, partnered with New Jersey-based Atlantic Health System to advance a collaborative care model for adult behavioral health patients at 16 accountable care organization sites.

NeuroFlow’s cloud-based platform allows healthcare providers to track, assess and connect with patients between traditional office visits. The company also offers AI-driven clinical decision support with recommendations for the next steps for individual patients. 

The partners will initially focus on migrating the healthcare system’s clinical workflow to NeuroFlow’s caseload management tool, Mobi Health News reports.

Beginning in June, Atlantic Health will utilize NeuroFlow to support adult behavioral health patients in its ACOs and Atlantic Health System-affiliated Optimus Healthcare Partners ACOs.
