Falls Church, Va.-based Inova Health System has acquired another local specialty physician practice, expanding its footprint and services, according to Becker’s.
It is taking over the 40-year-old Annandale, Va.-based Northern Virginia Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates, which it will rename to Inova Pulmonology. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Inova will take over Northern Virginia’s two practice locations, including the Annandale facility and a medical office building in Fairfax.
