Construction is now underway on a freestanding emergency department at an HCA hospital in Santa Rosa County, FL.
Crews broke ground on the HCA Florida Pea Ridge Emergency Tuesday morning, per WEAR TV.
The $12 million facility will be on Highway 90.
It will include 11 patient beds, a lab and imaging services for immediate care.
