DAP Health, a long-time healthcare service in Palm Springs, CA, has officially integrated with Borrego Health with approval from a bankruptcy court and the California Health Resources and Services Administration. A potential deal was first announced in February.
The two organizations will now operate as one, with approximately 850 employees serving upwards of 100,000 patients, KESQ reports. With the acquisition of Borrego Health, there will be 25 Southern California clinics located from the Salton Sea to San Diego.
Borrego Health will additionally provide DAP Health services, including family medicine, women’s health (including OB-GYN), pediatrics, veterans’ health, geriatrics, urgent care, and pharmacy services. Read more.
