H.E.R. Management acquired Los Angeles-based BeWell Network for an undisclosed amount
Richmond, Virginia-based Matrix Capital Markets Group, who advised BeWell Network on the deal, announced the acquisition.
BeWell Network is a residential and outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services provider. It operates two luxury recovery brands — Sheer Recovery in San Juan Capistrano, California, and Good Heart Recovery in Santa Barbara, reports Behavioral Health Business.
Collectively Sheer Recovery and Good Heart Recovery operate eight service locations. Services include residential care, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs and outpatient services.
