Family Resource Home Care acquired Companion Care of Woodinville, Washington.
Over the past four years, Family Resource has expanded its geographic footprint to increase market share in the Pacific Northwest. The purchase is part of the agency’s plan to cover a majority of the region’s aging population and add density to its Puget Sound presence.
The addition of Companion Care brings the company’s locations to seven in the greater Puget Sound and 29 across Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Family Resource is the largest independent home care agency in the Northwest and one of the largest in the United States, according to the announcement. Read more.
