Clark Memorial Health in Jeffersonville, IN and Scott Memorial Health in Scottsburg, IN are soon expected to join Norton Healthcare.
Norton Healthcare and Lifepoint Health have jointly owned and operated both hospitals through a joint venture known as the Regional Health Network of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Lifepoint Health and Norton Healthcare have signed an agreement for Lifepoint to transition its ownership interest in the joint venture to Norton, and the agreement is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks.
