DSO MB2 Dental partnered with Dr. Keith Alvarez, owner of Alvarez Family Dentistry in Carmel, Indiana. Dr. Alvarez graduated from the Hornbrook Comprehensive Aesthetic Dentistry Continuum and is a memeber of the Dawson Academy. Dr. Alvarez has also taught at the Indiana School of Dentistry for almost 20 years, where he received his doctorate.
