Clark Memorial Health, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and Scott Memorial Health, in Scottsburg, Indiana, officially have become a part of Norton Healthcare under a new purchase agreement that is now final.
These two Indiana-based facilities, along with Norton King’s Daughters’ Health in Madison, Indiana, which merged with the Louisville-based health care organization in January 2022, bring the number of Norton Healthcare hospitals in Indiana to three. Until today, Regional Health Network of Kentucky and Southern Indiana, a joint venture of Lifepoint Health and Norton Healthcare, owned and operated both hospitals. Norton Healthcare now has assumed full ownership of both facilities.
