A new assisted living and memory care operation appears headed to Chattanooga as a company has won approval from a city planning board for a proposed $55 million facility.
Harmony Senior Services will run the 120-unit site.
Construction of the three-level, 89,000-square-foot location will take 18 to 22 months. It will go up on a seven-acre tract that’s mostly vacant, the Chattanooga Free Press reports. Read more.
