Planning Board Denies Greenwich Hospital’s Plan for a Cancer Center: Report

The Greenwich town Planning and Zoning Commission rejected a plan by Greenwich Hospital to build a new three-story cancer-care unit, capping a battle dating back more than a-year-and-a-half, Greenwich Time reports.

In separate votes at a special meeting, the commissioners roundly rejected three proposals made by the hospital that would have allowed it to build a nearly 55,000-square-foot new cancer care unit. Read more.
