A medical office building housing a surgery center in Jacksonville, FL, sold for $11.2 million, the Jacksonville Business Journal reports.
The 11,000-square-foot building is home to First Coast Surgery Center, which performs spine, orthopedic and sports medicine procedures.
USCOFW 4035 Southpoint Boulevard purchased the property, which last sold in July 2020 for $8.7 million, according to the Business Journal. Read more.
