National Healthcare Investors and American Healthcare Investors have seen senior living occupancy backslide in recent weeks during the surge in Covid-19 cases related to the delta variant, Senior Housing News reports.
However, leaders with the companies are optimistic that the tide might be turning. They also anticipate that the fourth quarter of 2021 could be a busy one for senior living dealmaking.
