Amma pregnancy tracker, the global femtech app for pregnant women and their families, announced $2 million in Pre-Series A funding from the U.S., CIS, and Asia-based investors, at a post-money valuation of $28 million, Forbes reports.
New investors include Alexey Solovyov A. Partners, the Joint Journey investment office Sergey Dashkov, the Angelsdeck business angel club, as well as a group of private investors, including Andrew Filev (founder of the unicorn Wrike.com), Maxim Spiridonov (Netologiya Group), Sergey Solonin (Qiwi), Vladimir Khristenko (Nanolek) and Igor Shoifot. Previous and returning investors include SOSV’s Chinaccelerator (US), the Prytek group (Singapore), Igor Rybakov, and several angels that already invested in the company. Read more.
