WindRose Health Investors, a New York-based healthcare private equity firm, completed the sale of Vital Decisions to Evolent Health. Vital Decisions will report into Evolent’s specialty management offering, New Century Health, and will be consolidated into Evolent’s Clinical Solutions segment.
