Senior Living Investment Brokerage facilitated the sale of Canopy of Berryhill, an 80-bed assisted living and memory care community located north of Pensacola Beach in Pace, Florida, Senior Housing News reports.
The seller was a partnership led by developer Rimrock Companies. The buyer, Arcadia Communities, expands into Florida for the first time with the deal. Arcadia intends to continue growing its platform throughout the Southeast. Read more.
