Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine has finalized its joint venture agreement with TriHealth, a partnership that adds 20 new doctors and 10 locations to its roster — both marquee additions for the Sharonville-based independent physician group as it celebrates 25 years in business, the Cincinnati Business Courier reports.
TriHealth and Beacon’s combined orthopedic ASCs now include Summit Woods Surgery Center in Sharonville, Ohio, and Cincinnati-based Beacon West Surgery Center and TriHealth Hand Surgery Center.
The providers also plan to build an ASC on TriHealth’s Evendale campus, where Beacon will run the day-to-day operations. Read more.
