The Post Acute Medical Rehabilitation Hospital in Golden, Colorado, has sold to Norvin Healthcare Properties for an undisclosed price, reports Mile High. The approximately 60,000-square-foot inpatient rehabilitation facility is fully leased to Post Acute Medical (PAM). PAM is currently completing a $4.25 million renovation of the building, which will expand the capacity of the facility to 60 rehabilitation beds, with the ability to add more as the business grows.
